My kitchen aid super mixer. Make alot of cookies, cakes and goodies for the holidays and it makes my life so much easier.

I'd say the one that mashes potatoes :-)
Also, it's not a gadget, but I have a few utility knives that I couldn't find anywhere in the US and had to bring them from Israel. They cut anything and cost about 30 cents apiece.
Otherwise everything is either steak knives, more steak knives, or expensive cutlery that squashes tomatoes instead of cutting them, because all the blades are toothless.

My Favorite is my KitchenAid stand mixer. It's avocado green and was 25 bucks at a church rummage sale.

Oh my, my Kitchenaid Artisan Stand Mixer... Its my baby, I don't know how I lived without it, lol. It was well worth what it cost.
