ok so i went to sleep at about 1:30 woke up to go pee about 15 to 20 mins later... i felt dizzy on the way to the bathroom and back to bed but i didnt think any thing of it and went back to sleep. i woke up again about 2:30 went to the bathroom, i had slight diarreha and extreem dizzyness. i went to lay down and it just got worse, i layed there for about 45 mins and it didnt go away. i threw up about 20 mins after that. i also had a panic attick. the dizzyness started to go away after i stayed up for a little bit more so i tryed to lay down again but i got the extreem dizzyness back and ended up trowing up again... im 40 weeks and 4 days pregnant.. im not having any contraction. i just was wondering what this might be. and whats wrong with me. im so tired and i really want to go to sleep but i cant lay down. =[

I had Panic Attacks during my 3 pregnancy.... It sounds to me like thats whats happening... When I was pregnant . I said the alphabet backwards.. The reason .. Your mind is racing and inorder to get it to stop , you have to get it busy on something else.. If you have a tape on ocean waves , that helps... Also, maybe you are overly anxious about delivering your baby. . Another technique that might work is breathing exercises.. Take a deep breath in thru your nose hold for a few seconds release slowly thru your mouth repeat this atleast 4 times.. Due this in the best and most comfortable position you can. Also as you are breathing , think of a warm happy place you have either visited or would like to visit. Imagine that you are there and the sun is shining on you and you are warm.. It really works but ya gotta concentrate ... If all else fails , go to the emergency rom at your local hospital and don't wait for a doc.. They maybe able to prescribe you something since you are soo far along... Hope you are better soon...

That far along in your pregnancy you shouldn't be laying flat on your back. The pressure of the baby pressing down constricts some of the blood flow back to the Vena Cava, thus making you dizzy.
If it doesn't go away after laying on your side or sitting for awhile, def call the doctor though

You should definetly call your doctor and let them know are you due for a c-section or to be induced? You should not go over your due date very long it's not good for you or the baby! your iron might be low that happened to me but earlier in the pregnancy, or like the other lady said increase of the blood flow. You need to call the doctor and start planning a delivery date soon!! they will also check for toxcemia. hope all goes well good luck!

Call your doctor's office and if you can't, go to the hospital. Relax and try not to be concerned. Luckily, you can still give birth since you are at the term of your pregnancy. Don't wait just call or go in.

Probably increased blood flow. I was dizzy my whole pregnancy.
I hope you have a safe delivery.
