Guys, I'm a handsome guy. I'm not a show-off like guys usually are. I am well-mannered, cultured, disciplined... I have everything except for one - A GIRL. Now, I do like a girl but I cant quite gather the guts to speak to her.
I live in India. Here, its quite different from other countries. If I goto a gal straight and tell her how I feel abt her, there's just one answer I would get - a SLAP. I wanna be her friend. My friends are her friends too & they know I like her. But they have bitched all kinda **** abt me to her. I've spoken to her a couple of times & yest., she looked at me twice and when I looked at her looking towards me, I didnt know what she was expressing through her silence. But I think she's interested.
The problem is...
1. My tongue that fails me all the time.
2. I'm bad at presenting myself.
One of my friend told me that I was a sleeping giant who has everythin to charm gals except for the art of presenting myself properly.
Any suggestions regarding all I wrote?

I am also like you. Now don't be late. If you think that she is interested in you, then sometimes see at her. If she replies with a smile often then I think she'd like to be your friend or more. Try this and remember:
"Sky Crusher's army couldn't decide which was worse-when the forbidding stone tablets rose up, or when the forbidding stone tablets fell over."
So do it fast. OK
and one more thing. Don't see of your friends. They will never help you. Exception is the best friend if you have.

I recognised myself when I read your posting!
But I have now been married for nearly 25 years, so all hope is definitely not lost!
In India, surely the approach to a girl should be via her parents?
That would avoid all the nastiness that your so-called friends are spreading about you.

First thing I think that you are is too desperate.
Look, if you have all the good qualities in life, you should't be that worried about a girl. It's not like having a girl is the most important thing in life.
Girls will be scared off by your desperation, just be yourself and see what happens.

you think she's interested in u? it appears u guys are interested in each other but none of u has the guts to step and introduce each other. u can either start something maybe a friendship or u can just talk about it online with strangers.

Be yourself, don't try to impress. Most importaint- actions speak louder than words! Her friends may say things about you, but your actions are all that people really pat attention to! Good luck, dude!

dump your friends if they are talking bad about you !
and wlel there is no way anyone else can talk to girl for you !
make a move or else someoen else will and you will be left withut anyone !
