I'm in track and I want to run faster because my performance isn't very good recently. Is there anyway to run faster not just temporary like drinking sports drink or energy food. How to increase my stamina because if I run fast, my stamina seems to last shorter. And what foods should I eat other than banana before going to run or for my training?

Of course it lasts shorter, you're working harder... it's just part of the training. Keep doing it, and you'll find that you can run at this speed for longer and longer period.
In addition, it's important to have a good blood/sugar level as you start your workout. If, for example, all you had since you woke up is a banana then I doubt it's enough. Just eat a healthy small meal an hour or so beforehand.
Either way, consult your trainer if running faster is what you really need in your treadmill workout. I'm no fitness/diet professional.
