No matter where you go to emigrate in the world you will find hostile people and friendly people. A country like Canada is accustomed to immigration, so I think that you will find many helpful people. There are also many Indian people there already so you won't feel completely isolated. However, you will have to have a thick skin, and be able to shrug off the attitudes of people who will be cold and unwelcoming. That's simply the way life is.

Well my job was outsourced to India, and we have a lot of India people in the office, they are not very friendly. and I believe culturally they are nothing like Americans or Canadians as well. Eventually, all Americans are going to look down on people from India due to the fact big corps are giving you guys our jobs.

So long as you speak English or French (the two official languages) well and you are reasonably polite or respectful, then you will be treated as well as anyone born and raised in Canada.
