to be very honest in asking this questian. it is very hard to avoid look at the beautifull girls. Even though I am married I feel it is very hard to avoid look and admire or imagine some thing when a beautifull soft natured good girls or women pass by me or talk to me or approach me for some thing etc.,. I know it is a sin and if my imagination goes more, then it is considered as an adultery according to christianity. I accept it and It is true to my knowledge.
But how to avoid this? is it our love on God is just shallow and the love of this world is stronge. if so, How to grow more in the love of God and gain self controll and confident to avoid this visual sins.

God made men to think exactly the way they do. it's not wrong for you to be attracted to attractive woman/girls. what is wrong is going further with those thought; until they become sinful.
try this:
you see a beautiful girl. think to yourself;
" Thank the Lord for putting beautiful people on this earth. Thank the Lord that i have one for my wife!"
if those thoughts continue, just try to think about something else. sounds lame, though, right?. hey, give it a try!

If you really need to control this, do math problems in your head. As hard as you can manage. That will take the starch out of the yin-yang any day.
Also, stop feeling so guilty unless your staring is causing problems and disturbing the girls. It is written into your chromosomes to want to do this. Lighten up. If God cares, everyone with a y-chromosome is going to the big blast furnace down under.

hey, it is not sinful to look at other women it`s a natural thing for us men wether we are married or not, the problem is that sometimes we allow this initial attraction to develop into lustful thoughts and this is sinful.
I am married as well and I always try to admire and not to let this go any further, it`s not always easy to do but it`s what we must do.

It is a battle.... turn away, look away, turn your heart toward the Lord, quote Scripture, ask God to cleanse your heart. If you look at things you shouldn't , if you think of things you shouldn't, go to God, ask for forgiveness, healing.....
The love of the world, the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes... these things are very strong and many many men, married and unmarried, fight against them. God knows our struggles and He will help, forgive, strengthen as we seek Him....
If we sin, we go to God and allow Jesus' precious blood to cleanse us and heal us....If we avert our eyes and if we do not sin in our thoughts, we give Him all the praise and glory....
Certainly prayer is very important and praying with your wife is very important..... It is good to pray together once, twice, three times, several times a day..... God will help as we are open and honest before Him, confessing our need and our weaknesses....

Adultery is a physical act. To think you can never be attracted to another woman is absurd and impossible. The rule of thumb is "look but don't touch". You aren't hurting anyone doing that.

Its difficult because its in most men's instincts to enjoy looking at beautiful.
To fight it, just keep reminding yourself that its your instincts and not your true feelings.
