i havent heard that, i have heard to make sure and eat something for breakfast, will help speed it up, as going long hours fasting (like when your asleep) causes your body to slow down the metabolism, hence to reserve resources, since your body doesnt know when your going to eat!
ps: your metabolism rate is basically something your born with, some have faster, some slower, it normally slows down as you age, im not sure there is alot you can do to change that

water is an essiental part of any diet, it does help keep your system operating well

I've never heard that one before. The best way to increase metabolism is to do aerobic exercise (slow stuff) first thing in the morning- yes, before breakfast! This means that your body has no food inside it to burn so u burn FAT, it also increases ur metabolism for the whole day too. Fit people generally have a higher metabolism than unfit people (ever noticed how all fat people are also very unfit!). Get active!!

No. You need water to keep the metabolism going, but to speed it up, take more exercise.

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).

I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)
