My period is due in like a week but I am spoting and my lower back hruts like hell. its been like that for a while and ive had all the other sings .

have you been trying to get pregnant? anyway normally even the symptoms of periods are as if pregnant coz in essence your body is getting ready to get pregnant

Possibly but I dout it, call your doctor take a test they have test you can take early!
