Cardio= cardiovascular, & cardio exercise means anything which is gonna give ur cardiovascular system (heart and blood vessels) a good workout. This is any sort of long duration, stamina type exercise like brisk walking, running, cycling, swimming. Very good way to get fit, thin and improve ur general health. Ideally we're meant to be doing 30mins of cardio exercise every day (so the government says)
