if you work, could you get your company to sponsor you? does the course provider give any financial aid for low incomes? do you have any unwanted stuff around your house? you could flog your old stuff on ebay and make money easily that way.

If you're waiting for someone helps you, you won't have.
Try to contact office of financial aid at your school; I promise that is the best place you should go first in order to find financial aid; in there, the only thing you need is your address, social number and school ID to make a loan ( at least you can loan $,2000/year).
When you realize that you just need a small amount, you should do a part time job at school (minimum payment $5/hour) or go to fast food restaurants... .

Your best bet is to get a job, or either apply for a loan, but getting a job would probably be best or either if you have money somewhere in a bank then use that you can always put it back.
