I keep becoming depressed...every night before i sleep, i always cry and think horrible things. Wondering if anyone will miss me if i were to die, thinking that my dad will die soon, thinking that my love is going to leave me...
Why do i keep thinking such awful things? Please help me..

We all do this sometimes, but if it is a continuous thing you need to see your doctor and get help.

The mind is a part of the body just like the heart or an arm. If you have a heart attack you see your doctor. Same answer if you burn your arm. If your mind is off kilter go see your doctor.

A warm milky drink at bedtime and herbal tranquilizers may help as a temporary solution.

GO SEE YOUR DOCTOR AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

I'm so sorry that you're going through this. I can't say for sure why you are feeling this way, but it sounds like clinical depression to me. I would recommend seeing a doctor about this. This sounds too serious not to get help. I hope that you know that dying isn't going to help. We all have a purpose in life. Spend some time with your dad and your love. Talking with them will help. I'm sure everything will be fine. Just remember that hard times aren't all bad. We need them to appreciate the good times. Just go and talk with them and go see a doctor. It's OK. I know many people with depression, and it will be OK. I will pray for you. Good luck and God bless.

You are suffering from low self esteem, and are a very sensitive person...Try to thank the Lord for all the Good things you have, and take a deep breath...you might also be suffering from clinical depression...if it continues...you may have to seek some help from a good family doctor who knows you rather than a phsyciatrist....God Bless and you take care...my prayers are with you...I bet you are really a sweet person

i went threw this not to long ago, it took me awhile but i worked threw it. the best thing to do is to find a honest and trust worthy friend to sit and talk to, i didnt like talking about my problems face to face so we would always talk on the phone about these issues. another thing that really helped me out was writing everything i felt down, i would always do this right b4 i went to bed. try listening to music while u are trying to get to sleep and instead of thinking just listen to the lyrics (make sure they arent bad lyrics). to help with the whole wonderng if people would miss u situation get a note book and have all your friends and family qrite down what they like the most about your realationship (belive me it is a boost of cofidence)
well i hope this helps u out, and always remember no matter what someone will miss u when u are gone

try to listen to a relaxation cd when you go to bed, it works wonders. everyone has morbid thoughts but how they deal with it is up to the individual, soothing music is another good way to stop these thoughts.good luck to you.
