I live in Tennessee and we have it here. You usually cannot get it up North, or as far south as Florida.
Now I am talking about REAL, BREWED tea. Not something from a powder or syrup. I don't know about that stuff.
Good Luck. Hope this helped ya.

Yes, sweet iced tea is a common beverage in our southern region. A close second is mountain dew.

Yes I am in Manitoba, Canada and we only have sweetened iced tea here. I go on frequent trips to the US and often forget that a lot of times the iced tea is unsweetened, and therefore pretty nasty tasting.

Yes it is in the summer only, but if you order tea, it is assumed you mean hot tea. I live in Eastern Canada and when I visit Florida and ask for an ice tea in a restaurant, I always receive an ice tea. If you want a tea (hot), you have to specify "hot tea". It makes complete sense because of their weather, so I'd guess that in Florida, sweetened ice tea is extremely popular. Make sense?

I live in Missouri and most people I know here take it both ways either sweet or plain. We don't make it like you all do where you live.
