I am human rights defender and seeking scholership in master's of human rights or human right or humanetrian laws in following country. Canada, Netherland, Norway, Sweeden, Denmark. How I will get scholership ?

First, look for schools that have the curriculum you want. Your request will only make sense if there are schools that offer such a degree program. There's no point looking for a scholarship in those countries if there are no schools with the subject matter you want to take.

Once you identify appropriate schools and countries, visit the embassies from those countries and ask for the education officer. Tell the education (or cultural exchange) officer what you are looking for and ask for his/her advice.
