I've started having laser treatments to remove my facial hair, and my doctor advised me to use sunblock whenever I'm out in the sun. He said that I didn't have to use sunblock when I'm at home during the day. But, I tend to spend some time near windows and open spaces as I love the fresh air, even if it's for about 10 minutes or so. Is this harmful, as I'm having laser treatments?

My skin is olive-coloured, and I do tan easily.

i would be safe, and use it, even a little sun might react with your treatments, what you might do is find a light moisturizer, that contains sunscreen, to wear while your indoors
