can better food improve my condition. if so what food

maybe you need more carbohydrates in your diet. And add a multi-vitamin. If you run you shouldn't feel less energetic afterwards and you need carbs for energy. If this doesn't help after a few weeks go to the doctor

Well its natural to feel a little bit sleepy after a work out. However since your feeling less energetic I think theres a problem with the kinds of food your taking in. I think you need more healthy sugars like fruits or so. I'm not so sure maybe you can ask a dietitian or a nutritionist.

Possibly you have a sleep disorder and are not get good restful and recuperative sleep. Check out sleep disorders on www.webmd and see your doctor. There could be any number of reasons you are experiencing this problem. See the doc; better safe than sorry.
