That is, are you certain of God's form (what shape he takes or what he looks like),of God's being, are you arrogant enough to claim the knowledge of God? something that is impossible to understand due to our insignificant faculties as humans...This is the humility of the concept: you accept that humans are incapable of understanding the full complexity of God.

I am sure you cannot explain the true shape, for example, of God.....so how can you NOT doubt?

If you don't know, yet you claim certainty in such things, such as his shape and perfect understanding in his being....then are you really beleiving if you don't know, yet say you know how he is?

no, tracy is just questioning, and this is good. I did not meant to "go after her"--I just wanted her response..

Barney, I am afraid you don't understand..

Neither of us are wrong or right.

We just do not know for certain ...tracy just claimed certainty by shunning doubt---so I asked her if she was that certain.

I am not doubting the usual way...I doubting to beleive, which is very different. that's all the message was supposed to deliver.

certainty is something we desire---but we cannot reach it by incomplete truths (such as the bible, which is incomplete--missing gospels--and is also written by humans, so inherently flawed)---so I just proposed doubt and questioning, so that one day we can approach it. And I think we will find it, in one shape or form, through technology and the goodwill of man....we will expand our conciousness and be able to understand the fullness of God..

I sense a warmth and humility from some of the answerers...

specific i hit upon that conceited. I additionally discover you conceited to think of you be conscious of what an atheist is or what an agnostic is for that be counted, am i able to suggestion you a dictionary? Nowhere does it say that to be an atheist you ought to acknowledge no God exists, it talks a pair of loss of perception. An agnostic is somebody that would not be conscious of. subsequently, I and specific you too. Are agnostic atheists. they do now not look to be mutual unique and you're actually not extra effective then the guy calling himself an atheist, sorry if that knocks you off your "i'm extra effective then all of you" throne. "@Londron Oroso: Did i Strike a Nerve There?" specific, the comparable nerf maximum theists strike. a individual talking bullshit and talking beforehand he even is acquainted with as much as what he's talking approximately. First you be taught what you're talking approximately after which you talk approximately it, now not any incorrect way around. You did now not be conscious of the definitions of the two agnostics or atheists yet you dare to choose us. it particularly is conceitedness. "@Londron Oroso you're ranting like a fool. And are in all probability embarrassing your fellow Atheists. My ingredient became that there is such quite some human beings in this type who 'be conscious of the actuality' yet none 'be conscious of' the actuality purely have faith." real, and my ingredient is that claiming to be an atheist you're actually not asserting you "be conscious of" no God exists everywhere at each time such as you attempt to proclaim falsely.

Wow, circular reasoning.
So if I can't explain it I'm wrong, and if you can't explain it I'm wrong.
And if I don't know what you don't know, I'm wrong, but you're right?
Please let us in on the secret, why every one else is wrong and you are right.
