i see a new boy at school he is so cute , i talk to him somtimes maybe every tuesday,wenesday and friday , on tuesday he said that would u be my girl friend, i said ok , i was so happy but on the road when i was gonna buy a clothes for the dance party tonight , u know what i see ,i saw him and another girl i was so unhappy i shout his name and he run away from me .after i baught the dress i cryed alot then i stop.i said to myself , i dont think im gonna go for the dance party .tommarow at school, i dint saw that boy.thats what happen the i live very sad after.

No, he doesn't.
He's happy that you like him. It makes him feel desirable and popular.
When you saw him and called him, he's scared because he's with a girl he wants to be with. It's a proof that he doesn't like you.
Anyway, DON'T LIKE and DON'T TRUST him. He's just a cute but spoilt and L-O-A (lack of attention) stupid boy to do such a stupid thing. Going out with someone else after asking you to be his girlfriend is sort of like cheating on you.

He asked you to be his girlfriend, and then you saw him with another girl at the mall? What were they doing? Was he kissing her? Or was he just talking to her?
As to why he ran away after you shouted his name, I think I might have done the same, in his shoes: I hate when people shout in public places, especially when they shout out someone's name, as if the next thing they are going to do is cause a fight.
Your problem is jealousy. Just because he asks you to be his girlfriend (which does not assume he meant ONLY girlfriend, after all), that does not mean you own the guy. Jealousy is such a bad thing because it treats people like property. You cannot own another person: slavery is illegal most all over the world. If he explicitly told you he would have nothing to do with any other woman, how could you believe him anyway? He has to go places and see people, and some of those people are female.
OK, don't go to the party, and give up on this guy, because you've already trashed this relationship. Or call up and apologize for shouting at him, and accept whatever explanation he cares to give regarding his running away. Perhaps he will even apologize for copping out instead of coming over and talking to you when you shouted.

Oh If I were you I'd go to the dance,And I'd find a couple of really hot guys to dance with.And not talk to that guy until he talks to you first and when he does tell him exactly what you saw and how you feel about it.Don't let no boy get to you like that.There's gonna be plenty more that will try to do the same thing to you.BUT,HONEY DONT LET THEM.They used to do me like that when I was you're age.Then I wised up and started using them instead.I finally found one I knew was right when I was 21 and I've been married to him for 17 yrs. now.

You are just so young to let a guy get under your skin. Be strong and stand up straight and pretend if you have to, act like you just dont care what this guy did. Act like it dosnt bother you and pretty soon you will feel stronger. Remember your too young to get so serious that a boy can hurt you like that.

Oh you should find somebody else you know... that boy doesn't sound like he cares about you much. He wouldn't run away if he really likes you. Don't waste you time crying over people like him!
