self control sweetheart...all you do is, if some jerk starts pissing you off...take a deep breath and walk away...violence is not the answer, i too get annoyed with jerks but i manage to rise above it and walk on by, bite my lip first then just get out of the way....if you feel that fire in the pit of your belly, just move on away from them, also carefully choose who you want to be around...if you have anger issues you could also try some boxing lessons to vent your anger, or what i normally do is go for a long run somewhere till i feel better, i am surrounded by jerks all the time because of my job so i have become quite used to them now...just use self control....don't let the jerks get the better of your anger, you'll land yourself behind bars....good luck

You could take some anger management classes, but really you only need to realize you can't fight all battles, nor do you need to. Jerks are recognized as jerks by others, too, so if they do not directly threaten you/anyone by their behavior, let them be jerks and make fools of themselves. Remember that you don't have to prove anything to anyone, and that at the end of the day what matters is WHAT is right, not WHO is right. Jerks know no age - they will be around when you're 70, 80... they don't change.

sure, you should point out it for your therapist. In my personal counseling artwork as an novice astrologer I have found anger is generated by an rather ordinary ingredient. in extra circumstances than not, people get offended as a shielding mechanism to guard their ego; their experience of "i'm". i might want to take a second to study the circumstances in which your mood is brought on. what's the concept that proceeds the anger. the first actual idea. this may lead on to clues and perhaps an know-how of what's honestly triggering the anger. If the above isn't the case, then you may purely be very severe strung. for that reason i might want to attempt yoga. itemizing your reason behind anger, now ask your self: Are you projecting on others some emotions that you've internally? if so, how did those emotions improve and how can they be resolved? Are the circumstances you have become offended in honestly exhibiting that everybody isn't respecting you? if so, why and how can this be resolved? If not, why do you've faith that is so?

This can be a very serious problem, one that can cost you relationships and even your freedom. There are Anger Management classes available. Public Health departments, or someone at the courthouse (abusive men are often required to go through this) may be able to direct you.
It would be far better for you to attend of your own free will, and learn about how to control your anger than to hurt someone, or end up with a long prison term. Good luck.

I posted for the similar problem, and one answerer gave me this link. I liked reading it.

On the other hand, be direct. Think about yourself being in trouble with the law, by loosing your temper. To me, this always helps.

You have grown up a lot and started to realize that losing your temper is not the way to act so just keep on remembering that and you will be o.k.

I know it's hard to do but just walk away.I've been a third sticker myself, by the third strike I've had enough...ect.If you find yourself that way all the time you need professional help.If they asked for it well let's just say what goes around comes around.

Honestly consider the source that smart *** comments are coming from. You are better than the dumb stuff that these people say. I walk away from people who say stupid things, like in the middle of their sentence. It gets my point across and they dont get to finish expressing their igorant opinion.
