The art of spell casting is the ability to direct energy. Without that ability, a spell is useless. If you have the required skills to cast a spell, then you should know how to create one for your needs.
Are you wanting a spell to manipulate his feelings for you? If so, why would you want to do that? I consider manipulation (with or without the use of magic) to be unethical. Perhaps counseling or meditation would be a better solution.
