is huge and great, and that we should stay at my apartment instead bc i dint want his father to be at our house and visit whenever he wants cause he has his own key at the house they live in??i want privacy in my life but how can i convince him?

the house is not that big so that we can split it to dads area and our area.his dad is not cooparating anyway. i know he doesnt like me. at least if i stay at my apartment i ll do whatever i want

Can't you ensure that you can have privacy in one part of the house that is out of the bounds for his father and his father can have his privacy in another part of the house which you can't visit and some of them are the common areas where you both can sit together to interact each other. Then, there can be time boundations when he can call you or not and vice versa, except for emergencies. He can leave post-it notes on the table where you can check for them while roaming around for anything he wishes to tell you and you were inaccessible. Your details say about your bfs father only what about his mother??? Ok say if he has only father then what about any other member in his family say brother or sister???? Ok if no other member then you yourself decide what his old father will do when left alone??? Nowadays so many crimes are reported where old people get murdered when left alone. And what do you think one day you will not be of that age???? And your son marry leaves you alone????One thing more just think how long he will be alive keeping in mind his age????
