shall i tie my stud or what he is all over her not giving her space he also doesnt care about the food or me his owner HELP. I also want this breeding to work now for personal reasons but it doesn't seem to be going on right

You typical man. You want it NOW and she isn't ready. Give her time or when she IS ready she will find someone else to make her happy. m

She either isn't ready to be bred, is inexperienced or has a medical issue.You need to take her to the vet and have her completely examined.
Another note:
Before even considering breeding both dogs need to be at least 2 years old, have had and passed health testing (not just simple vet exams), havei mpeccible pedigrees and meet breed standards.

Female dogs don't stand for sex until they ovulate.
It is amazing what will happen when she does.
During her preiod she will be a real B... that is why we use that word. She will be the boss until she ovulates and they she becomes submissive.
Your male dog is wanting like crazy to mate but she isn't co operating. When she does, don't worry it will work.
I c an't tell you the exact date but if you get a book on breeding it will tell you what day of the period the female is ovulating.
Nature will take care of this.

Maybe she has better taste than you thought. Has the dog tried sending love notes and flowers ? You don't seem to know much about dog breeding, so maybe you should get some training from a qualified person.

Females are not receptive throughout their entire heat cycle. And until she is "ready", she will not allow it. In my experience with breeding, 9-14 days after the female goes into heat (starts bleeding) is when she is most receptive.
Both of our females were bred on day 11.

You can take them both to the vet, "milk" the dog and artificially inseminate. Your vet can also tell you how to do this at home to save on expenses.
