My ex came up for a holiday and promised to see me but he didnt! BUT while he was up he had time to go see my old best friend (that he HATES more than anything). He sat there with her and a couple of his mates and told them all how he had never loved anyone the way he did me! He even tried looking for my number(which he had). apparently he rung heaps of people! Then he slept with my ex best friend.
What should i do to both of them?
I CANT just leave it!

Oh Girl!
This has happened to me too....and man it sucks!
The first thing is to not turn into the kind of friend that would do this to a friend-that is called character,and your so-called friend lacks this among other things.
I don't understand why some girls feel such a need to break "the girl code"'but so many do it on a regular basis,and it devalues all women.
As for the guy,forget him,you'll never trust him again anyway-he sucks too.
Anyway,I ended up punching her in the face..and I felt a whole lot better.

Right at the moment anyone who knows you, your ex and your ex-best friend, knows that they have behaved badly and you have not.
If you retaliate you stand the chance of looking just like them. Hold your head high, tell yourself you are better than that and let it slide.
Now, you could start a rumour that you broke up with the ex because he said he had an STD and you didnt want to catch it.
That will wipe the smile off her face and his with one blow.
Just kidding, please dont do that, lies always come back to bite hard.

well, the best thing to do is to remember what a jerk he is and why you got rid of him in the first place. sheesh, no loss, sister.
yeah, he really HATES your ex-best-friend, that's why he slept with her. right.
dont' even talk to either of them. let it be over and done with. time to move onward and surely upward, sounds like you already had the bottom of the slime pit. they're not worth retaliating on.

Give both of them a pice of your mind to get it all off your chest then delete both of their phone numbers and or block them and then relax knowing you never have to hear from both of those cheaters again.

Unfortunately, you don't really have to have anything to do with them now. He's your ex, she's no longer your friend... What's the point in bothering them with it, besides, he was probably just spouting that story about you for sympathy sex from her.
If you're after revenge, maybe it's not worth your while, because they'll want to hurt you again.

very simple, your ex comes to town for sex, not for you. wake up! he is just using your friend for sex. the reason he told your firends he love you more than anything else is .. well i had been a player before... this is only one of the trick to ger laid.... well.... dont think about him anymore....

Well down and dirty, you got to get down and dirty, tell them both what you really think of them, and that you feel betrayed and pissed off. remember bring attention to your self but on your own terms
