I want to know how or the best way to approach this, from a girls point of view and male point of view. She is gorgeous from her head to her toes and she is also a equal when it comes to positions at work. i just want to bend her over my desk and.................how do i make this happen help me out!

Sounds like a knot-hole in the wall would do it for you about now..... take care of your needs by yourself, and act like a gentleman at work.
Be kind, courteous and considerate at work. If you get coffee break at the same time, pay for her coffee one time and ask her to chat...... get to know her as a person, not just a hot body........
A women is more likely to respond to somebody who is not staring down her cleavage or at her booty, so mind your manners, and be a gentleman. A woman like her just might appreciate the libido of a younger guy, but is going to expect him to also have the charm and chivalry of a true gentleman.

Dude, It's awesome and I know what you going through exactly, her *** is always on ur mind and u just wish that she bends down and you get in rubbin it hard... well have patience as you might just be there soon, get a quick drink after work, ask her if she is single and if she is what does she do for her lonliness, slowly express your feelings for her, compliment her on her body the way you did it hear, get her wet dude, and she is all your's.
