hey to all! i'm on exchange in finland, and i'm geting fat as time passes!! tell me how to get thin again!! i don't know how to reverse it!! make me puke or something!!

Ok so first of all don't listen to all these people saying "stop eating so much" or "take diet pills" Just stick to the basics and stay healthy!

-Crash diets wont help you to keep your weight down. In fact, they might make you put on weight after a while.
-Exercise helps, but it's got to be regular and increased only gradually. Too much exercise, or too much too soon, can damage your body.
-Laxatives might help you feel less guilty and bloated but they don't reduce weight! They upset your body chemistry.
-Slimming pills can't make you thinner. They might make you feel a little less hungry but they can also harm your health.

If you really want to loose weight and keep it off,
1.Eat regular healthy meals around the same time each day
2.Get enough sleep.
3.Avoid sugary and high-fat foods/junk food.
4.exercise regularly! Biking, walking or swimming are all good ways of staying fit without going over the top.

stick to the good old basics, trust me it'll work

Dont eat less, eat as much as you want until youre full!!! Just..Cut out processed foods (if it has a label on the back, it's probably processed). I've done this as well as cut out wheat and soy milk (also Dr. recommended- Kinesiologist). Since going to this doctor I've lost about 8 pds. . I'm not saying if you simply cut out all of these things I've just listed then you'll lose weight, this is just the half of it. The other part of what helped me is my doctor pinpointed vitamins/minerals that I've been deficient in (so far he's given me iodine (for thyroid), and zinc. When youre body is in a balanced state (ie: not lacking any vitamins and minerals), your metabolism will be working correctly (ie: you wont be overweight).

Also...100 years ago, our teeth were completely white, now they're not (it's because of eating processed food).

Im having the same problem, lol But ill tell you the best diet pill for it, you have to buy it off the net but it works great, its called "phenermine" Its a cheaper virsion of adapex an works great, they dont make you shaky like most diet pills.. They are time released an control you hunger, I mean they dont make you starve either, you just cant eat that much... You only take one a day and they last all day!! They are the best diet pill you can get!! Best of luck!!!

ok see your putting diverse very undesirable nutrition on your physique. Being skinny isn't a criminal offense. Too many every person is excess of weight. ok now attempt this. it is going to help. you may desire to artwork out, Run...what ever get lively. connect a sprotsteam of a few variety. Even journey a horse or a bike. Skate...Drink water or gatoriade. consume breads and starchy ingredients besides as end result and greens. Your purpose is to benefit weight not kill your self.

actually many people are trying to lose weight(to be slim of course), like me! And I'm not overweight or anything just that I love and is DESPERATE to get slimmer. But by right we ourselves know that excersising more, eating less and in moderation is the only way and it makes sense. It isn't difficult just that we're lazy. Admit it because I am and I hate to admit it too. But lazy and slim, I choose slim so ya, get your butt up and excersise. =) Hope both of us succeeds!

just run, i've lost about 20 lbs. by running and i;m only 16 yeah run it really works but don't take breaks cuz that won't help run non-stop

ITS SO OBVIOUS...STOP EATING LIKE THERE IS NO TOMORROW! I MEAN THERE REALLY WASN'T A NEED FOR YOU TO ASK PEOPLE ON YAHOO HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT...I MEAN COME ON!!! LETS SEE UMM DIET AND EXERCISE...THAT MIGHT BE YOUR KEY TO SUCCESS
