A VERY HOT WASH CLOTH WILL MAKE THEM COME OUT, YOU CAN USE NORMAL SOAP, BUT IF YOUR SKIN IS REAL GREASY DON'T PUT REGULAR LOTION ON YOUR FACE ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT.CLEAN AND RUB WITH RUBBING ALCOHOL THAT WILL DRY UP BLACK HEADS AND STOP MORE FROM FORMING

They have these strips that remove the blackheads. You can find their products at places like Wal-Mart and Walgreen's.
This gives step by step instructions on proper face washing.
