i drive an old honda civic1.6 1996 which is really superb and very reliable-never lets me down for years. But I'm bored now and wants something different, will mini one(mini one because cheaper than cooper) be fast and safe enough in motorway?? will it match the performance of my old honda???

Mini is a surprisingly powerful car (for it's size), -- so perfortmance won't be a problem, -- however no matter how you "cut it", - it is still a "small" car. How safe it is will definately depend on how you drive! In collision with anything more than 50% bigger than you, -- is probably going to be a loser for you, - and about 75%of the other vehicles are bigger!!

The mini one and the cooper are the same car just one is newer than the other and yes it will be fast enought we drive them on the auto Bone in Germany and there just as reliable as your old Honda..

just keep up the inspections and services and the rest will be a piece of cake....

have fun with the new cooper...(mini one)
