I am a pharmacy student currently taking Cardiopulmonary Therapeutics. I have an exam on monday about hypertension and Heart Failure. My professor's exams are often case-based, in which she gives information about a patien who presents with certain symptoms from which we have to figure out what they have and what to do about it. I am looking to find more practice with this sort of questioning. Does anyone know of any good resources for hypertension or heart failure cases? They can be books, or online. Also, any other hints about such exams or the class are greatly appreciated.

Applied Therapeutics by Koda-Kimble is a case based pharmacy text.
There's also good old Pharmacotherapy by DiPiro which is the gold standard.
