Easy! Make your own.
Take a liter of lukewarm full milk and add the juice of 1/2 a lemon. Stir and the milk will curdle. If it does not curdle enough, add more lemon juice.
Now it is only needs filtering through a fine cloth on top of a sieve.
Voilà!
