DIY! I am on my second day of it today! Have just told myself I will start again at 9am. Yesterday I painted the spare room ceiling and coving. Emulsioned the walls above the dado and fixed the lights when they fused!
This morning I got up and had a look and was SO proud of myself! Today I am cleaning the room, then carrying on with the hall and stairs.... So if I have to, SO DO YOU!

I should lie in bed and first decide if the diy that needs doing is within your capabilities. Do this by thinking through every aspect of the job in the smallest detail. It should take at least an hour to do this. Then you will be either fired up and leap out and get on with it, after breakfast and reading the papers, or the thinking through has put you to sleep.
Think about it again after lunch then start the job next Sunday.

what about getting the diy out of the way as early as possible then chilling
