dangerous petechiae?

I've had really minor petechiae (10 spots?) for about a month now, and I have no idea wha could have caused that. Can these things just sprout without any underlying serious reason?

only ten could be nothing wrong, see a doctor if they persist or worsen or if you have any more symptoms, good luck
