The former, of course. I would never want my fate in the hands of theists. One delusion breeds others.

If I am falsely accused, I would say that I would like my evidence sent to a crime lab. If you did not do it then the crime lab will most likely find that out and then there would be no need for the jury to pray about anything. The facts would already be there. May God Bless

If you were a creationist surely you wouldn't want the evidence sent to a crime lab because after all 99% of biologists (and by implication) forensic scientists are utterly incompetant and hopeless at understanding science. Or is science only bad when it contradicts their doctrines?

I guess the evidence would be preferential in that sort of situation.

Just so ya know....I still believe in a Higher Power.....but when it comes to being falsely accused and the justice system these days......EVIDENCE!

Still laughing....excellent question!

I'd choose crime lab every time. Praying would accomplish nothing at all and I never waste my time doing it.

I will say neither, because I would do the praying, not expect the jury to pray I would put it straight to God myself and pray to him to reviel the truth to them

I certainly wouldn't pray for help. God can't save you on trial!
