Photojournalism (PJ) and studio are really two ends of a spectrum. With PJ or PJ style, you are trying to capture a moment as it happens, in a studio you are trying to create the perfect moment, in many ways the studio takes a very technical approach and often lacks the dynamism. You'll notice that I have written PJ style as a distinct difference, as this emulates the ethos of PJ but perhaps for an aesthetic goal, as is the vogue style for a lot of wedding photographers these days, however at times perhaps the content is to an extent artificial recreation.
