Yes, that is very unhealthy. Red meat should be in moderation if you're going to eat meat at all. It has a lot of cholesterol. And fast food is especially bad for you.
But then, if a person exercises a lot, they can usually be pretty healthy eating anything they want. The Amish do... they don't have healthy diets, but they work their butts off and live forever!

Yes I don't eat burger at all. Just the fact that it's greasy, fattening and is a heart attack waiting to happen. Burgers at fastfood joints are the worst.

Very unhealthy indeed. The fastfood industry is the reason why the wellness industry is now growing. Everyone on fastfood has incomplete nutrition and feeling sick. Supplementation is now a necessity for wellness.

Your question is a non starter :P. In the first place, too much of anything even if it's good, for example, vitamin C, can be harmful to the body to certain or varying degrees. Fastfood as we know and widely reported, is not good. So there you go. Your friend is killing himself.

Nice to read that you worry for someone, very comendable.

But beef has protein, broken down by the body. Better to eat light food before bed. Read up on the body's ability to break down food.

Or hear about Mike Golic, lost 51 pounds. On his first night off his diet, he couldn't finish a large steak, wich he usually does.
