No, I don't believe in either, mostly because I CAN'T prove it.
For those who mention "faith": Faith is believing in something, whether it's real or not. I prefer to believe in things that are real and that I can prove are real and for me, a belief in things supernatural would be a waste of my time and effort. I have no proof there is life after death or that I've lived a previous life. No matter HOW MUCH I might think that premise is extremely cool, I can't believe in it until I have proof. THEN, and ONLY then, will I have faith in it.

I believe in eternal life in heaven after death.
No-one can actually prove these things though.
That's why its called faith.
Of course, some people will claim to be able to prove it, and, while their proof may be real, it's still really up to what you believe.

how about life before life?
see my 360 page regarding the moles on my arm, which triggered a memory. Well, can't realy prove it, but some random guy thought it did look like the constellation Cynus, from a different angle in outer space, since I was coming toward Earth.
Meh, on second thoughts, you have only my word. Until we actually do space exploration (highly unlikely), I cannot prove my point.

i do not trust in any respect because lack of existence is the ceasing of all applications of existence. After respiratory heartbeat,and mind interest give up, the existence rigidity gradually ceases to operate in body cells.lack of existence is the different of existence. Eccl 9:5 'The residing subconscious that they'll die; yet as for the lifeless, the interest of not something in any respect. its one of those things where there are a million diferent religions out there, each with millions of devotees that are willing to die for their religion because they believe their religion is the right religion and every other religion is a wrong religion. get it? lol you wont know until you die bro. till than drink lots of whine, screw lots of woman, love your family like no tomorrow and know that the best is yet to come and the worst is far from over. =)
