Okay dokay.
So I'm bringing the 20lb turkey to the party.

Question though: When do I take it out of the freezer so it will be ready to ckko Saturday morning?
(I'm working thanksgiving, so we're having our dinner a few days late.)

Take it out Friday morning or late Thursday night if it's over 20 pounds. Defrost it in your refrigerator and don't forget to remove the giblet pack before you put it in the oven! Happy cooking!

Um if you did not take it out of the freezer two days ago and put it in th fridge. you are in for a surprize. You can get it to hasten thawing by defrosting it in cool water in your sink
