i'd suggest try to befriend her first. Give her some time to know you and then talk to her after some time. am sure if u make a good impression in her mind she'll surely say yes . Cheerios !

if you are shy then try to break your shyness and if she is not intrested then try to gain her interest. first try to be her friend and then share everything with her like your likings,dislikings and specialy your care for her. then become her close friend. after that if you really love her then she herself wil get to know it from your care for her and then she herself will ask you for the further love relationship. dont over react. just be yourself when you are with her and always make her feel comfartable. i am not sure but think that this will work out. all the best.

first of all try to find her likings & dislikings, her moto, her views about life.u can get these thrugh ur other classmates. try to behave like her desire. try to close her group in class.try to feel free with her in the class & group discussion. always support her views in group discossions weather she is wrong or right. try to avoid boys & girls she dont like in school.show ur qualitis in group when she is present.prase her whit every chance u get.share ur feelings regardig her, with her close girl friend if u feel shy to tell her stateforward. remamber ur confidence will impress her a lot then any other thing. lovely
