well first off, why would you drink and energy drink before bed.

you'll go to bed and feel tired but you wont be able to sleep..

unfortunately-if you mix anything else with that energy drink-you could do more harm to your body than you bargained for....

you are just going to have to let it pass it's way out of your system.

energy drinks are horrible-they are packed with tons of stimulants your body doesn't need and they put excessive pressure on your heart and kidneys.

best thing to do is lie down and watch t.v,read a book,or do something relaxing. the more active you are-the longer it will take the stimulants to flush out of your system and it will also take your heart longer to slow down.

try drinking lots of water to help flush the energy drink out of your system and in the future-don't drink one of these a minimum of 8 hours before you have to sleep

First I would drink some water, you don't want to be up all nite
going to the bathroom. Next I would exercise, something to really
make you sweat and tired.Take a nice warm bath afterwards and
head to bed.
Good Luck

Do as many of the things you have to do for getting ready in the morning now. Dilute it with some water. Don't do that again.

I like melatonin, don't know if it would be harmful or not after that. It's a supplement you can get at the drug store, no prescription needed. The stuff knocks me out.

Chamomile, Valerian root or just a simple anti-histamine like benadryl.

something really fatty usually makes me feel better and totaly blocks/slows down the rush and kills the insulin levels..making you more even keel again and possibly tired/sleepy.
