Miss Cleo was that late-night psychic.. you know, the Jamaican lady on all of those 2am infomercials! If someone says you have the "Miss Cleo thing going on", they just meant you displayed "psychic" tendancies.

means you are talkin' in a fake jamaican accent claiming you are psychic while using someone else's credit card to pay for all your Christmas Gifts.
