There is a slightly shorter life expectancy in left handers only because they're more likely to get in a power tool related accident since most tools are made for right handers. But as long as you're careful, there's nothing to worry about.

I Think the question itself shows that there is a complex prevailing the person presenting this query.
Firstly take out any myths from your mind which may have been incorporated over the years by the people in your mind.
Left Handiness or right handiness is not a Physical trait it happens due to use of certain areas of the brain in a certain manner. Every body has this left and right side and Higher usuage of a particular side makes you a left or right hander.
Its has nothing to do with Life expectancy or any thing. They are totally equal and do not amke any difference.

I think the life spans are just slightly the same because our Lord created all of us equally no one is above another person.
