It sounds a lot like a nasal spray I used to use. It is simply salt water. Isotonic means that it is roughly the same salt concentration as the tissue that you spray it with, so that it doesn't make it drier. "For irrigation" means that it is for rinsing. Because it has no antimicrobials, it is not for contact lens or eye cleaning, so it could be for a nasal spray, for cleaning wounds, or perhaps something else.

Sodium and chlorine are both very active chemicals. When they come in contact with each other, they bond and form sodium chloride, salt. Originally, the origin of sodium chloride would be the big bang when the elements were formed.

At it's most basic form ... it's salt water. Of course you didn't give the exact concentrations of the NA or CL or the NaCl in solution, so can't tell you for sure what that particular solution was used for, but you can probably conjure up a million different applications for salt water in different forms from saline solution for medical applications to cleaning and more.

This is called physiological solution.
When you inject a liquid in the blood, you must never use for solvent pure water since the osmotic pressure of pure water is zero and if you inject water in blood it is harmful to hematies (red cells). So ,if you inject in the vein a liquid put always 9g/L salt. You put some times this product in the eye to humidify the cornea

That is a plant tonic and not for the humans or animals....for irrigation purpose....since antimicrobials are added, that helps in reducing the unwanted microflora of the plant....making the plant healthy.....

They are used to prepare red cell suspensions in Blood cross matching procedures in blood transfusions. It is an isotonic solution that could be mixed with whole blood without destroying the red blood cells so that certain tests could be performed in a clinical laboratory.
