Seems like we have a great deal in common but I can't help but feel a little weird about it. HELP!

Of course you're not too old for him. If you really like the guy, age shouldn't mean all that much. The weirdness is probably mostly thinking about what others will say. Don't let it bug you.

Hi Mary M. I'm Tricia S. I'm 24 and I did have feelings for the 20 year old at my work.I mean we have things in common but it doesn't seem like it'd work out for us romantically, like we're not in the same relationship speed or whatever. My father was 37 when he started dating my mom, my mom was 20. they've been married for 25 years now and together 30. so you could very well have a happy future with this man. all you have to do is have fun, take it slow and feel it out. it's all new 2 u and u don't want 2 get hurt so you worry a little bit but it's ok.Just make sure that you are on the same commitment level towards the relationship.try to keep the communication effective and enjoy yourself.Don't let age be a hinderance.he's legal and if he wants 2 be with you he can make up his own mind so there's no guilt in that.
Hope the best 4 u.
if you have a minute look at my last question and answer it 2 the best of your ability. thanks;-)

no your not too old for him, I think it feels weird because your worried more about what others might say. But my brother met his wife when he was 20 she was 32, they had both been in bad marriages. They dated for about 2 years when they had my niece, they then married about 3 years ago, my niece was there to see it. Not only do they have a wonderful relationship but this women has helped my brother become closer to his family. They honestly have a life most would envy, so go on and be with him, if hes okay with the age difference and you are too then forget everyone else theyd find something to say about it regardless if you both were born on the exact date, and time of the exact year, because thats what people do. Dont let anothers opinions stand in the way of your happiness. Good luck!!!!

Depends on the maturity level your both at. My 30 yr. old daughter is married to a 20 yr. old guy. They are quite happy together. (Hope they stay that way)

I think you should follow your heart. Don't let society dictate who you allow yourself to like or possibly love. If you have interests in common, you enjoy each others company, and you make each other happy, then I say why not?

Absolutly not. I have a uncle who married 20 years younger. You both are consenting adults. Stop worrying about it, and enjoy. Take care.

I'm 33 he's 25 - three years later, 14 month old child, we are just fine, yeah, I'll be honest his immaturity drives me nuts, but he keeps me really young, he really cute too, and he'll be a younger parent than me... so it can work...good luck!

Thats just you feeling like you are doing something wrong. If he makes you feel good keep him and worry about his age only if he acts like his age.
