most people carry their cell phones=easier to get ahold of the person.

Yes, guys do give out cell numbers. My boyfriend replied to my personals ad and left me his cell phone number. I was not a paying member so I could not see his email address he left me but I did call his cell and we have been together for almost 2 months. It was attraction at first sight. As far as why they give out cell numbers more often than home phone numbers well that's two fold. First is because in today's age of technology it's just easier to reach someone with a cell number. Also they are harder to look up on line so it's safer that way. Second, men who are cheating don't want to give out a home number for fear of getting caught.

yes, if they live with family or if they give priority to the person whom they are giving their cell number or; to make themselves easily available..the reason girls avoid giving out their cell no. to everyone is to retain their privecy and security. But i would advice guys not to give it out in the first "formal" meeting and worse to think is asking the girl to call
