Try to find ways you can get near the boy or get a chance to do some an activity with him.
Its not nice for girls to make the first move.
Do something that he may notice you.
Thats infatuation. Not exactly love at first sight. Don't be fooled by your feelings.

Check whether he likes you or not. Do some experiments. Ask for something and see whether he is interested in you. If not try to understand him and if he's ok be someone he likes and loves.
