if my great great grandparent was Portuguese and my mum a half peranakan, dad chinese,am i considered mixed?

oh and perankan is a mix of chinese and malay

and if its so, am i considered eurasian by bloodline?

Yes, you arent merely a descendant of one race or nationality, so you are mixed.

yes Just about everyone the lives in the united states could be considered mixed. I dint know of anyone who is of only one nationality. I am Irish Egyptian German English Spanish and Dutch.

Yes, you are of "mixed" races, and that is great! You probably have knowledge of all these different cultures and hopefully, tolerant of cultures different from yours.
