Eucerin Extremely Dry Skin Treatment Lotion- Use it at least every morning and night and especially after bathing.
By the way you can find this brand at every drugstore.

I have the exact-a-mundo el problemo! Not only did mine sometimes crack and bleed, there was a round dark patch of pigmentation around both elbows. It was really embarrassing for me to wear short sleeve shirts or to expose my arms. I used to even hide it from my husband too! Anyhow I started trying all different kinds of lotions. I got the expensive brands and the everday store brands. (I tried Vaseline Intensive Care Lotion, Lubriderm, Neutragena, Aveeno, and yes eveb J&J Baby Lotion). None of them worked very good and I always felt greasy/sticky after using them. So one day I was shopping at Wally World and saw some cheapy Suave products on sale. I thought why not give it a try and bought

Suave Skin Therapy -Natural Oatmeal Moisturizer

It comes in a big 18 oz bottle and has the pump similar to liquid soap, so it's very easy to keep by the sink or bathtub. After I take a shower or wash my hands I always use it and now my elbows and arms are no longer dry and patchy like they were. To think I spent all that money on the other overpriced crap that didn't even work! And it's only like $3. I will never use any other brand again.

eucerine is a real thick greasy lotion, but it works. I have been using Vaseline intense therapy for my hands that get bad. Other people use curel. Whatever you do don't use scented lotions, They contain alcohol and actually dry your hands out worse

Jergens has a new Ultra Healing lotion that is really good. Always apply right out of the shower so you are sealing moisture in.

I don't know if they still make it, Pretty Feet. It sloughs off the cruddy skin and leaves the softer skin. My grandmother used it on my elbows so you know it has to be good. LOL
