The visa section of the US Embassy, Beirut, is back to normal operations. Their website is below:

Unless she has special work skills that are in demand in the US, she is unlikely to find any legal way to come here. She can come to visit you on a tourist visa, but she must leave the country when the visa expires.

And marrying no longer guarantees you the right to stay here - too many people have committed fraud to obtain a green card. You now have to prove there is an ongoing relationship (which can include visits from the authorities in the middle of the night to check you are sharing a bedroom) and a long wait.

In any case, I don't advise breaking our laws. She can be barred from ever returning if she does anything like that.

If she knows anything about kids, she could come here to be an au pair. Aupair care is one company. They host people from other countries to be live-in nannies for their kids. She could come over that way.

To get a green card:
1. Diversity Lottery: she should do this now if she hasn't already.
2. Family member sponsoring her.
3. Sponsorship by an employer
4. Investment (she would have to invest in a US business with at least 1 million US $$, and employ at least 10 employees.

Your friend could try a B-1 or B-2 Visa, Depends on what kind of work they do.

It is extremely difficult for people in her age bracket to get a visa to the US, especially a permanent one. Even tourist or student visas may be difficult. Your friend should check with the US embassy or consulate in her area. She should also consult the US immigration website: http://www.uscis.gov

She could probably do a greencard? Or get a visa, that is what my uncle does. and for her age, she might need a power card which you need a notary person.
