because all of the buttons are made at the same factory and its not as much work to have one set as it would be to make two seperate sets of buttons, when there is no problem with having the braille on any of the buttons. its just less money.

It really is pointless. It would make more sense for them to go into the bank and interact with a bank rep face-to-face.

Actually, it is true that some blind people have someone else drive them through to use it. My Uncle has done that before, he is blind.
