I liked this guy and no one really knew...
then yesterday he drunk dialed me...saying
"ur gorgeous, if anyone told u otherwise, i'd beat the hell out of them...u never call me so i'm calling u, we need to start hanging out...ur so pretty"
he was obviously drunk...so do ppl really say what they feel...or was it just the alcohol talking?!
also...i saw him today...he remembered the call he made...and he laughed about it...but other than that he was sort of distant...
what does this mean?!

Anita...it's important to think about whether you really want to be in a relationship with a man who sounds like an alcoholic. I would also question the character of anyone who is talking about beating people up. Drunk and potentially violent is a scary combination. Do you want to deal with a drunk? What happens if YOU anger him...will he beat you up too?

it dfepends, if someone put him up to saying that, then it was alcohol talking, and the pushing of the "friend". but if he showed signs of liking u, then he really feels this way and yes, alcohol really does make u tell the truth. u know, they should get ppl drunk instead of the liar detecing tests they use...

All I know is that usually alcohol lets us put our inhibitions on the back burner so we can say and do the things we wouldn't normally. It sounds like he likes you. The only thing to be wary about is if he has a bunch of friends that are jerks. They may have dared him to call you and tell you what you wanted to hear. You have to use your judgement based on what you know about him

Well.... when your drunk you can say pretty much anything... so really, but sometimes they say what they never wanted or could to say to anyone... like a secret that he was suppose to tell anyone!!! So overall, it's a 50\50 chance!!
