I love her. But she doesn't. Eventhough I love her. I am unable to forget her. She call me 'Anna'. So, Even I can't propose to her. What can I do in that situtation?

Ok well i think that if you really care for her then you wouldnt give up so easily .
You just need to be patient ..
And no It's not wrong for you to like your friends sister .
And you cant forget about her well thats called * LOVE *
and you just need to keep trying to let her know that you love her ..
And maybe you should tell her that you need to talk to her and just seriously talk to her about how you feel.

if u know that she doesn't love u then make friendship with her atlk to her more make her believe that u are a true friend create good chances to talk with her and then by seeing her reaction u will tell her about ur fillings.
