Run. 3-4 times a week. 1hr sessions are good. At first you probably wont be able to continue to run for an hour straight, but that alright. Run as far as you can, walk a little bit, run some more, walk a bit etc. Eventually you will be running 8-10mph. Lift for repetitions. You are looking for endurance not mass. Your body weight is enough to bench. Go slow getting there, don't hurt yourself. If you miss a day, no big deal, just dont make a habit of it. Stretch! Most people forget to stretch. You workout does more harm than good if you do not properly stretch before and after running and lifting. Go easy and slow. Good luck

YES!!! It is a great choice! And you earn a salary while going through the training. And there will be a guaranteed job position in the Army after you complete your training.
Click on this link, you can order a ADF (Australian Defence Force) CD-rom for free, it has interviews of currently serving officers of the ADF! Just fill in your address and they'll post it for you. And you can try talk to a defence recruiter!

yes, if it is the last option you have or you really want to be one of the bravest... isn't it better to get an education and a good job rather than join army and if you ever go to war, kill someone...
